Our promise to our
customers is to deliver quality products on time. However, mistakes and
errors can occur because we are all human. If we sent you the wrong product, wrong size or color, we will remedy
any mistakes on our part in a timely manner.
Our policy on return merchandise is
- 100% exchange or replacement
on items in mint condition (less shipping and handling
- customers must inform Africastyles
(by email, or fax: (519) 649-2960) within 2 days of delivery if the product does not meet with
the customer's expectations;
must receive authorization (RTA Number) from Africastyles BEFORE any materials
are returned for replacement, exchange or credit;
- merchandize must be
shipped back to us, via a carrier that provides real-time tracking of
shipments, and post-marked within 2 days of delivery;
- in order to qualify
for exchange, replacement or store-credit, merchandise must be
received by us within 30 days of purchase;
- damaged, previously
worn items are not returnable for exchange, replacement or store
custom-made/adjusted to fit your body type;
re-sized or reshaped to fit your body type;
made with special fabrics specified by customers;
- items with stains -
lipstick, cosmetic, oil, perfume or make-up - are not
- items sold at
special discounts are not returnable;
bank/card transaction fee and insurance charges are not refundable.
- If a customer refuses to accept delivery, the customer is liable for return shipping costs and a re-stocking fee of 20% of the order.
In order to avoid stain damage, please remove all make-up before
trying on the garment. If you use hair sprays, please cover the head (and
face) with a scarf before trying on dresses and blouses.
